If you add a new website to your project...

If you add a Website to your project the following new privileges are now available to allocate to your roles.

• Manage the new Website
• View restricted pages on the new websites

The organizing team will automatically be able to manage the new website and view restricted and internal pages on this website. To remove these privileges remove the privilege manage any website - if the organizing team is managing other websites, please add the management privilege of those websites. The same principles apply to visit restricted pages.

The participants and the customers will automatically be able to view restricted pages on this new website. To remove this access remove the privilege "Visit restricted pages on any Website**. And add the privilege(s) visit restricted pages for the sites you want to grant access to.
